As the highly-anticipated homecoming of PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif approaches on October 21, the party’s president, Shehbaz Sharif, has issued guidance to all party leaders, urging them to refrain from traveling abroad in the lead-up to the event.

Addressing the media, Shehbaz emphasized the nation’s eagerness for Nawaz’s return and directed party leaders to concentrate on galvanizing public support and mobilizing the masses rather than undertaking foreign travel.

Furthermore, a statement released by the party conveyed Shehbaz’s directive to all PML-N centers, senators, MNAs, MPs, and ticket holders who are currently abroad, requesting their return to Pakistan within the next three days.

He stated, “All senators, MNAs, MPs, ticket holders, and local leaders of PML-N should devote their full attention and efforts to the preparations for the reception of PML-N supremo in Pakistan.”

Meanwhile, extensive preparations are underway in Lahore as the PML-N plans a grand political power show to welcome Nawaz Sharif.

According to reliable sources, the party has chosen to organize a rally at the historic Minar-e-Pakistan, where separate pavilions for each division of Punjab are being erected on the monument’s grounds.

During the rally, the contributions and performances of former assembly members and leaders will be spotlighted and reported back to Nawaz Sharif.

The primary stage at the Minar-e-Pakistan venue will be divided into three sections. The first section will host the podium for Nawaz Sharif’s address, while the central leadership will be seated in another section below the main stage.

The remaining local leadership will occupy the third section, and an additional large stage opposite the main stage will be constructed for the media.

To oversee the arrangements for the rally, PML-N Lahore President Malik Saif ul Malook Khokhar has been nominated as the main coordinator and organizer.
