Alia Bhatt and Kriti Sanon clinched the coveted Best Actress awards at the 69th National Film Awards in Delhi. Droupadi Murmu, the Indian President, presented them with the esteemed Silver Lotus Award.

Both stars celebrated their first National Awards win, with Alia’s role in “Gangubai Kathiawadi” and Kriti’s performance in “Mimi” earning them the accolades. Gracing the occasion in elegant attire, they expressed their gratitude on stage.

Pankaj Tripathi secured the Best Supporting Actor award for “Mimi,” while Allu Arjun was recognized as Best Actor for “Pushpa: The Rise.” The event also applauded “Shershaah” with the Special Jury award, honored “Sardar Udham” as Best Hindi Feature Film, and recognized “Rocketry: The Nambi Effect” as the Best Feature Film.
