An anti-terrorism court has extended the judicial remand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former Punjab governor Umer Sarfraz Cheema along with 153 other individuals until November 11 in the Jinnah House attack case.

ATC judge Abhar Gul Khan presided over the case and the police presented several individuals, including Mian Mahmood al-Rashid and Omar Sarfraz Cheema, before the court after the completion of their judicial remand. However, one of the co-accused, Ijaz Chaudhry, could not be presented due to health issues.

The police requested the court to extend the judicial remand for all the accused, which was approved by the court, effectively extending the remand until November 11.

The case was initially registered by the Sarwar Road police against the individuals involved in the incident.
