GOGO Motors has unveiled its latest innovation, the electric car ‘GG 220,’ with a remarkable range of 220 kilometers per charge. Priced at PKR 4.65 million, the vehicle is expected to offer a cost-effective solution in the face of escalating fuel prices.
Director of GOGO Motors, Samir bin Aamir, highlighted the car’s flexibility, with the ability to charge fully in four hours at home, office, or any 220-watt plug point. The running cost has been estimated at PKR 4 per kilometer, with a top speed of 110 kilometers per hour.
Samir bin Aamir further emphasized that maintaining a speed of 80 kilometers per hour would provide the full 220-kilometer range. However, exceeding this speed would still ensure a commendable range between 190 to 200 kilometers per hour. With a warranty covering 100,000 kilometers or three years, and a battery life of 800,000 kilometers, GOGO Motors aims to assure customers of the vehicle’s longevity and reliability. Despite the current cost of the battery at PKR 2 million, Samir bin Aamir reassured potential buyers that the company offers comprehensive warranties for the motor and battery, with readily available parts for the electric car.
