Indian actress Shehnaaz Gill, widely recognized for her role as Rushi Kalra in the recently released film “Thank You For Coming,” is currently in the hospital as she recovers from a bout of food poisoning.
Shehnaaz was admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital after falling ill during the rigorous promotional activities for her latest film.
The news of her hospitalization became known after Rhea Kapoor, one of the film’s co-producers, paid her a visit on Monday to check on her health.
Shehnaaz Gill, known for her substantial following on social media, had previously conducted an Instagram Live session from her hospital room. In the video, she was seen wearing hospital attire and lying on her hospital bed.
To reassure her fans, Shehnaaz stated, “Everyone’s time comes and goes, and this has happened in my case as well. It will come again. Guys, I’m fine now. I wasn’t well. I had a sandwich, wasn’t well. I have a food infection.”
