As Pakistan’s political landscape heats up, the PML-N is gearing up for a momentous homecoming rally featuring their iconic leader, Nawaz Sharif. In a strategic move, party organizers, led by Maryam Nawaz, have decided that only Nawaz Sharif will address the highly-anticipated gathering at Minar-e-Pakistan.
This exclusive lineup of speakers was formulated by the party’s leadership, with unanimous agreement among key figures, including Shehbaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, and Hamza Shehbaz. Notably, no other leaders will have the opportunity to deliver speeches at this significant event.
The primary goal behind this exclusive focus on Nawaz Sharif is to enable him to set the narrative and effectively communicate it to the PML-N workforce during his address. To underscore this approach, the party has instructed that Nawaz Sharif’s image be prominently featured on all welcome posters, banners, and flexes.

Meanwhile, during a crucial consultative meeting with former members of the national and provincial assembly, Shehbaz Sharif expressed his firm belief that October 21 will be a historic day in Pakistan’s history. He praised Nawaz Sharif as an emblem of courage, bravery, and progress, emphasizing that the former premier had endured significant hardships for the sake of the people.
Shehbaz Sharif also criticized the perceived lack of development during the years 2018 to 2022, asserting that Pakistan had regressed during that period. He further stated that unity, peace, and development are the national priorities that will be pursued under Nawaz Sharif’s leadership.
Shehbaz declared that on October 21, the people and party workers will eagerly welcome their leader, as the entire nation awaits his return with anticipation.

Former PML-N lawmakers attending the meeting emphasized Nawaz’s remarkable ability to achieve the seemingly impossible, highlighting that it was under his leadership that the country managed to overcome daunting challenges.
In addition to discussing the exclusive speaker lineup, the consultation meeting also reviewed preparations for the grand welcome planned for Nawaz Sharif’s return.
