The MoU was formalized during a meeting held between Caretaker Federal Minister Umar Saif and Engineer Abdullah Amir Al-Sawaha in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. The signing ceremony was attended by Pakistani Ambassador Ahmed Farooq and distinguished IT experts.
Under the terms of the agreement, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have committed to collaborating closely in the domain of information technology, with a particular focus on fostering growth within the private sector.

Dr. Umar Saif, serving as the Interim IT Minister, is leading a delegation of Pakistani IT companies on a mission to explore and tap into business opportunities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
